The customer service from my agents office staff and the claims department adjusters throughout the whole claims process after Hurricane Harvey was impeccable and timely. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley at GSM Insurers for my Builders Risk and Windstorm Insurance. Their prices were very competitive with the 3 other Insurance companies I received quotes from. I decided to go with GSM because they are local and Ashley responded quickly to my inquiry. Ashley called the next day to inform me that after reviewing my policy she was able to save me a significant amount of money and lower my premium by almost 50%. What a surprise that was. Im still in shock. Thank you Ashley, I have never experienced that kind of service with an insurance provider, your Attention to detail, Integrity and professionalism are rare Qualities in business today.
