I want an insurance agent who is available via telephone to answer any questions that I may have, and to assist with any insurance-related issues. GSM has always provided a personal touch that is missing via computer-generated operations, and personnel at GSM has always taken time to make sure that I have appropriate coverage when needed.

Barbara Dominguez has been our GSM account representative since we moved to Rockport 20+ years ago; she managed the homeowners policy for each of the four homes we built in Rockport, then the home we built in Ingleside on the Bay, the home we purchased when we moved to McKinney, Texas, and now the townhome we lease in Dallas. We have a vacation home in Florida, and the only reason GSM and Barbara don't have our homeowners policy there is because they don't service the state! Great service and trust are the reason we stay with Barbara and GSM.

Susan was great to work with. She was very clear with the information provided, did her best to get us the best rates and explained things thoroughly. She also gave us options along the way. Susan also worked with our mortgage company to get them what they needed in a timely manner. It was a great customer experience all around.
