If you suffer a loss, please remember the following:

• Call police, fire dept, or EMS if needed.
• Protect the property or yourself from further damage.
• Give prompt notice to the insurance company or agency.
• Make a list of all damaged property with cost included.

*These online claim forms do not replace the process of submitting an actual claim, but rather informs our office of your claim and prepares our staff in advance.
